Welcome to Doczio Reader Viewer Editor ("App", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Doczio Reader Viewer Editor is a document management application that provides:

Document Viewing: Open and view PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and image files
Document Editing: Edit and annotate PDF documents
Document Scanning: Scan physical documents using your device camera
File Conversion: Convert documents between different formats
Cloud Integration: Backup and access documents via Google Drive
OCR (Optical Character Recognition): Extract text from images and scanned documents

3. User Eligibility

To use our App, you must:

Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country)
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Account and Google Sign-In

Most document processing occurs locally on your device. We do not have access to documents stored only on your device.

7.2 Cloud Processing

When you use cloud features (like file conversion), documents may be temporarily processed on our servers. These documents are:

Processed immediately and returned to your device
Not stored on our servers after processing
Encrypted during transmission

7.3 Google Drive Integration

When using Google Drive features, your documents are subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to ours.

8. Free and Premium Services

8.1 Free Features

Basic features of the App are provided free of charge. Free features may include limitations on:

Number of documents processed
File size limits
Available features

8.2 Premium Features (If Applicable)

Premium features, if offered, may require payment. Premium subscriptions are subject to additional terms provided at the time of purchase.

8.3 Advertisements

The free version of the App may display advertisements. By using the free version, you consent to receiving ads.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.2 OCR Accuracy

OCR (text recognition) results may not be 100% accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying extracted text.

9.3 File Conversion

File conversion may not preserve all formatting, fonts, or elements from the original document. Results may vary depending on the complexity of the source document.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
